We have been awarded with our ninth consecutive Gold in the Royal Society of Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) Health and Safety awards, after being recognised for our ongoing commitment to health and safety precautions after being judged on categories such as leadership and workforce involvement.
Andrew Dewberry, assistant director, asset and development services and Lynn Clayton, chair of the board, were presented with the award during a ceremony at Hilton Birmingham Metropole hotel on Wednesday, July 4, 2018.
The internationally-renowned RoSPA Health and Safety Awards promote the prevention of accidents in the UK and worldwide and honour companies which are committed to improving health and safety management systems.
Our chief executive, Rebecca Rance, said: “It is fantastic to be recognised by RoSPA for the ninth year running for our ongoing commitment to health and safety. We set very high standards which are aligned with our core value of delivering excellence and it is important we maintain a safe environment and improve our safety performance each year so that we can continue to provide excellent housing services for the local community.”
