Our updated Privacy Statement is available!

You may be aware that the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) came into force on Friday 25th May 2018.

We use your data in order to provide services to you and share data with third parties as part of providing services to you, such as the contractors that carry out work to your home on our behalf. We ensure your data is held safely and securely in systems that are only accessed by the employees that need to use this information, the same as we have always done.

It is important the data we do have is up to date, so please let us know when things change, such as your contact details or your circumstances. We will ensure we make these changes to our records as soon as you tell us and delete any old contact details that you no longer need us to have.
