As you will be aware, we are experiencing a period of extremely cold weather and significant snowfall across parts of the district and surrounding areas.
Our service is still running and we are out and about working and attending appointments with tenants however, during periods of extreme weather our services and including repairs service and in particular the plumbing and heating functions often come under extreme pressure.
We are prioritising emergency appointments and may have to reschedule certain routine appointments to allow us to meet demand. If you have a routine repair please bear with us if we cannot get to you and need to rearrange.
