If you wish to make a request for public information under the Freedom of Information Act, you can write to us or email freedomalmo@nshomes.co.uk. We have 20 working days to respond to requests made under Freedom of Information. Please clearly state in your request the information you request.

Data Protection Act – Subject Access Requests

You have the right to access your personal information and make a request for this under the terms of the Data Protection Act. Please write to us or email freedomalmo@nshomes.co.uk. We have 40 calendar days to respond to subject access requests made under the Data Protection Act. Please clearly state in your request all of the information you are requesting.  A £10 fee is chargeable for subject access requests.

Under the Data Protection Act, we have a duty to provide reasonable assistance to anyone wanting to make the request. Therefore, you can ask for assistance if you have a disability that prevents you from making a written request.

Environmental Information Regulations

You have the right to access public information and make a request for public information under the Environmental Information Regulations. Please write to us or email freedomalmo@nshomes.co.uk. We have 20 working days to respond to requests made under Freedom of Information. Please clearly state in your request the environmental information you are requesting.
